Case Manager

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients experiencing homelessness, assessing their strengths and needs, planning a course of action, and linking them to services. The Case Manager must assure that clients receive appropriate and professional information and advice.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field or High School Diploma or GED with 2 year of relevant shelter experience
• demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
