Case Manager

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and other challenges. The Case Manager will assess client needs, develop individual service plans, and provide supportive counseling.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field, or High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
• Related experience with domestic violence preferred
