Case Manager

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, veterans, youth aging out of foster care, and others in need. The Case Manager will work with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, link them to services, counsel them, and monitor progress.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits in Human Services field
• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
