Case Manager

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to provide services to clients in a transitional shelter for women experiencing homelessness. The Case Manager will work with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, and provide referrals and advocacy services to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or 60 college credits in Human Services field
• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
