Case Manager

Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is seeking a Case Manager to provide services to clients experiencing homelessness. The Case Manager will work with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, and link them to services.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field or High School Diploma or GED with 2 year of relevant shelter experience
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate professionally (oral and written) with Spanish-speaking clients preferred
