Case Manager

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, and link them to services. The position requires a demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field or High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant shelter experience
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
