Case Manager

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients experiencing homelessness and provide services to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field
• High School Diploma or GED with 2 year of relevant shelter experience
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
