Case Manager

Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a Case Manager to provide services within its Case Management Model, working with clients to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, and link them to services. The Case Manager will work with clients in a transitional shelter for women experiencing homelessness and employment.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services field or High School Diploma or GED with 2 year of relevant shelter experience
• Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication, including basic computer skills
• Ability to meet targets related to employment, housing, and other program goals
