Case Manager / Success Coach

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager / Success Coach to support young adults on their journey toward employment and career development.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits courses in Human Services or related field or High School Diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of youth development principles, career counseling techniques, and employment trends.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
