Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Front Desk Monitor position to join our team. The position is responsible for answering telephone calls, taking messages for staff, receiving and assisting visitors, and controlling front door access at the East 119th Street Veterans Residence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Polite and pleasant manner
- Efficient and firm
- Ability to operate a busy front desk/security operation
