Front Desk Monitor

Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a Front Desk Monitor to answer telephone calls, assist visitors, receive deliveries, and control front door access at their transitional family shelter in the Bronx. The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with a polite and pleasant manner, and is able to perform diverse tasks with ease.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Security License
• Fire Guard (F-02)
• CPR/First Aid
• Coordinator of Fire Safety & Alarms (F80)
