Front Desk Monitor

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is an anti-poverty organization working to end homelessness in the New York area by 2050. We are in search of a Front Desk Monitor to answer telephone calls, receive and assist visitors, receive and route deliveries, and control front door access.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Polite and pleasant manner, efficient and firm
• Ability to operate a busy front desk/security operation
• Perform diverse tasks with ease and maintain confidentiality
• CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days
• Fire & Emergency Drill Conductor (F-07) certification within 90 days
• Narcan certification within 90 days
