Front Desk Monitor

Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a qualified Front Desk Monitor to join their mission-driven team. The Front Desk Monitor will be responsible for answering telephone calls, receiving and assisting visitors, receiving and routing deliveries, and controlling front door access.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Polite and pleasant manner
• Efficient and firm
• Ability to operate a busy front desk/security operation
• Diverse tasks with ease and maintain confidentiality
• Certifications in Coordinator of Fire Safety & Alarms (F80) and Front Desk Monitor within 90 days of hire
