Quality Services Coordinator

Volunteers of America–Greater New York is seeking a Quality Services Coordinator to assist in quality activities for Youth and Family Services and Adult Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Services programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Two years of experience in support of social service programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with diverse community populations
• Knowledge of electronic health record applications
