Youth Advocate/Senior Case Manager

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is an anti-poverty organization working to end homelessness in the New York area by 2050. The Youth Advocate will teach young adults living in a shared apartment setting and link them to resources within the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience in working with young adults (18 to 24 years old)
• Experience with providing Evidence Based Practices with youth-centered interventions using Housing First Principles, Positive Youth Development and Trauma-Informed Care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid state driver's license with a safe driving record that meets agency policies
