Requirements

• Knowledge of industrial vehicle and fabrication processes/techniques
• Computer science and information systems available
• Techniques of interpersonal relations and team animation
• Communication techniques and pedagogical methods
• Hierarchical and transversal management techniques; change management techniques
• Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing, production management tools (QRQC, KAIZEN, etc.)
