Manager Equipe Autonome de Production (H/F)

Transport is at the heart of our society. We are looking for a Manager of an Autonomous Production Team to lead a team and an operational perimeter. As a true leader, you are result-oriented, process-oriented, and human resources management-oriented. You will be responsible for safety, daily life, analysis of needs, and proposing and piloting necessary changes. You will also be responsible for the development and management of skills, at the level of the collective as well as the individual.
