Job Description
The Clinical Education Manager provides leadership in clinical and professional practice education, overseeing and directing the provision of quality and client-centred care. The incumbent is responsible for assessing and determining education programming, developing learning plans, and delivering and evaluating practice education in support of the Organization's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BScN, BN) or equivalent
- Current registration with provincial nursing regulatory body
- Minimum 5 years of recent, relevant clinical nursing experience
- Certificate or experience in Gerontology
- Experience in providing clinical education utilizing adult education principles and evidence-based practice
