Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide client care in the client’s own home. The RPN will provide physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, and counseling to individuals and families.
Requirements
- Must have a License as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice.
- Clinical practice experience is an asset.
- Experience in community health is an asset.
