The Registered Practical Nurse is responsible for providing client care in the client’s own home, including physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, and education to individuals and families.
Requirements
- Must be Licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Clinical practice experience is required
- Ability to observe and make effective assessment of clinical issues
- Ability to initiate and support health teaching, facilitation and development
