The Registered Practical Nurse is responsible for providing and managing client and family-centered, evidence-based nursing care to individuals and families in their homes and community.
Requirements
- Must be Licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Clinical practice experience is required
- Ability to observe and make effective assessment of clinical issues
- Ability to initiate and support health teaching, facilitation and development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality
