Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years relevant international work experience in general, operations and/or BD management in relevant industries
- Knowledge of company offerings, contracts, investment guidelines, services and company policies, rules, regulations and procedures
- Understanding of financial (project) constructions, deal structures and development of business cases
- Entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking, innovation, and passion for Energy Transition
- Ability to work in a Chinese and English speaking environment, with the skills to speak, read and write both Mandarin and English
