Job Description
Responsible for implementing IOS POS solution for newly acquired customers, managing onboarding process, configuring software, training users, and providing support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, technical support, or software implementation
- Familiarity with IOS OS and mobile device management
- Hands-on experience with POS hardware
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously
