Vortexa is seeking a proactive and driven Account Manager to join our growing commercial team in Dubai, working closely with global colleagues to shape how we engage and grow client relationships. This is a foundational role in our Account Management function, responsible for driving retention and growth within a portfolio of clients, leading commercial discussions, and building strong, collaborative relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client organisations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within a commercial role within the energy commodities and/or maritime industry
- Strong relationship building and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in English
- Willingness to travel to foster strong client relationships and market presence
- Experience using CRM systems
