We are seeking an experienced Client Experience Designer to join our team. As a key player in shaping the customer experience, you will transform insights into concrete actions, create realistic customer journeys, and develop efficient processes that foster collaboration between CX, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in customer experience, UX design/research, product management, or a related field
- A degree in design, UX, marketing, administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (or English only)
- Experience working closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product (UX/PO) teams
- Experience with tools such as Qualtrics, Figma, Miro, Confluence, Excel, or Salesforce
