Head of Talent & Culture — Europe (Estonia)

VOSKER is a fast-growing, international technology company looking for a Talent & Culture Leader to support its expansion across Europe. The role will lead Talent & Culture activities in the region, with a primary focus on Estonia and support to other European locations.

Requirements

• Act as the Talent & Culture leader for Europe (primary focus on Estonia, with occasional travel to other European countries)
• Lead the implementation of scalable Talent & Culture practices and processes aligned with VOSKER standards
• Champion and serve as an ambassador of a strong, engaging, and accountability-driven culture among employees and managers
• Support leaders across all people-related challenges and contribute as an active member of the management committee
• Act as a coach to leaders to orchestrate and align key Talent & Culture priorities
• Work closely with the Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development teams in Canada to ensure alignment between local practices and VOSKER’s global standards
• Analyze Talent & Culture metrics and propose concrete solutions to improve organizational effectiveness
• Significant experience in a senior HR / Talent & Culture leadership role (Head, Director or Senior HR Business Partner)
• Experience in an international, multi-country or matrix environment
• Demonstrated experience in growth, acquisition, transformation or organizational change contexts
• Strong autonomy and ability to operate in a newly created role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and structure functions
• Solid knowledge of European labor law and compliance considerations
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and evolving environments
• University degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Fluency in English required
• French and additional European languages, an asset
