Requirements
- Act as a role model in the areas of leadership, customer focus, teamwork, continuous improvement, safety, and environment stewardship.
- Develop and implement a sales & market strategy for the specified market.
- Manage the activities, training, and development of Field Sales Representatives.
- Manage the activities of the region’s district sales offices.
- Develop and control sales and marketing budgets and costs.
