Senior Manager, Ecommerce Business Development Operations

The Vox Media Ecommerce Business Development team is seeking a Senior Manager, Ecommerce Post Sale & Operations to support post-sale execution and operational leadership across direct retailer and affiliate network partnerships.

Requirements

• Own post-sale execution and operational management for key direct retailer and affiliate network partnerships
• Partner closely with Partnerships to support campaign execution, optimization, and performance improvements
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows, operational processes, and scalability across ecommerce partnerships
• Identify and implement process improvements, documentation, and automation opportunities
• Provide operational support for ecommerce campaigns, including planning, launches, performance tracking, optimization, wrap reporting and case study creation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely campaign delivery
• Manage and maintain accurate campaign, partner, and revenue tracking in Salesforce and Boostr
• Analyze affiliate and campaign performance data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and inform partner and internal discussions
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks to support forecasting, partner performance reviews, and renewal or upsell conversations
