Enroller

We are looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist to deliver on-site education for Plan Sponsor Participants, conduct financial advisory investment counseling sessions, and work with Plan Sponsors to increase participation among their employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement/financial services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information and develops alternative solutions
• Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
• Strong organization skills; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to travel
