Retirement Plan Specialist

We are looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist to deliver on-site education for Plan Sponsor Participants, conduct financial advisory investment counseling sessions, and work with Plan Sponsors to increase participation among their employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retirement/financial services, excellent communication skills, and experience with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement/financial services
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
• Strong organization skills
