Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Ajax/GTA

Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to be based in our Ajax office and covering both the expanded Durham and GTA regions. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HRBP will align business objectives with employee and management needs through close working relationships with management and all employee groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner role, ideally in a related industry
• CHRP certification preferred
• Clean Criminal Record Search and Drivers Abstract
• 2-3 years hands on working experience managing labour relations, grievances, arbitration prep and negotiations
• Complete proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other common applications
