Human Resource Business Partner - Canada

We're seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to manage HR activities, employee relations, and compliance for our Canadian operations. As a key member of our team, you'll provide consultation to management and staff on morale, diversity, and company policies, and assist in meeting financial goals through HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years' experience in a Human Resource or HR generalist role
• HR Certification: CHRP/CHRL – preferred
• Working knowledge of relevant employment Legislation
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to achieve impact and influence through quality information, access, and awareness
