Quality Engineer

Role Overview

The Quality Engineer supports the assessment, improvement, and compliance of quality systems to ensure that Voyant Beauty products meet both internal and customer requirements. This position partners closely with Manufacturing, Compounding, Laboratory, and Production teams to evaluate process capability, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

What You Will Do

Assess and improve quality systems using analytical and statistical methods to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Conduct root cause investigations for non-conformances or out-of-specification (OOS) results; define rework or disposition plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field or 5+ years in a Quality role
• 1-3 years in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Continuous Improvement within manufacturing
• 1-3 years familiarity with cGMPs, statistical process control (SPC), and quality system requirements (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
• CQE, Six Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred
• ISO and FDA audit experience (Preferred)
