The Regional Business Development Director is responsible for long-term sales growth strategy and sales performance for the region, and has a leadership footprint to a specific region.
Requirements
- Collaborating with the Chief Growth Officer to set the strategic vision and marketing strategy within region.
- Maintains and prioritizes relationships with regional business unit leaders to ensure that their needs are met.
- Works closely with cross-functional business groups and business unit leaders to support new business development and customer retention to drive strong monthly/quarterly/annual sales accomplishments.
- Draft and execute annual goals and strategies that are aligned with our long-term vision.
- Lead EMEA team through the annual strategic planning process and manage team’s execution of strategies to meet annual goals.
- Provide progress updates to senior leadership.
- Ability to manage a large number of active accounts while simultaneously uncovering and aiding sales teams with closing new sales opportunities.
- Leading a team of directors and managers; responsible for recruitment, development, and retention of a culturally diverse team.
