Job Description
VSolvit is seeking a Capture Manager to lead capture planning, capture management, and client relationship building with the federal government, particularly with the Department of Defense and US Navy.
Requirements
- Identify, qualify and lead capture efforts for assigned opportunities and federal government clients
- Gather opportunity and customer intelligence
- Shape opportunities and position VSolvit to client decision makers
- Determine VSolvit capability gap analysis, determine teaming opportunities, vet teaming partners, and negotiate teaming agreements
- Develop and continuously maintain an eighteen (18) month capture plan and pipeline for VSolvit’s Easter Region customers
