TECHNICAL WRITER

The Technical Writer performs foundational documentation tasks in support of technical teams, program requirements, and internal business operations.

Requirements

• Draft, format, and revise technical documents
• Edit content for grammar, style, and consistency
• Assist in maintaining document repositories and file version control
• Support preparation of training guides, help manuals, SOPs, and visual materials
• Attend meetings to capture and compile notes into summary documents
• Follow internal guidelines and contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation practices
• Collaborate with team members to gather data and clarify content requirements
• Track status of assigned documentation tasks and report updates to supervisor
