Requirements
- 8+ years of total experience
- 4+ years in people leadership and delivery ownership
- Strong track record in SLA management, workload planning, and escalation handling
- Strong ability to analyze operational data using spreadsheets/dashboards and convert insights into actions
- Comfort using operational tools such as Jira, Slack, or Salesforce
- Working understanding of website delivery lifecycles and integration workflows
