We are looking for a Manager – WordPress Delivery to lead the delivery of high-quality, visually engaging, and conversion-optimized WordPress websites at scale, collaborating with client-facing teams to translate business goals into experiences that work beautifully and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end Website creation — from design to development — ensuring every project meets highest quality and its intended performance.
• Drive process optimization and automation — using data insights, process flow and collaboration across teams - streamline workflows and eliminate development bottlenecks.
• Coach team members on technical skills, performance, efficiency and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Design, Copy, QA, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Research teams.
• Interact with clients (domestic and overseas) and client-coordinators to understand expectations and handle escalations.
