We are looking for a Director of Solutions to lead and scale our Solutions team and play a pivotal role in shaping how VTS brings its full product vision to market.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, or a related field, with team leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional ability to translate technical products into compelling business value narratives
- Strong data orientation—comfortable using insights to shape strategy and storytelling
- Experience partnering across Product, Sales, and Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in building or scaling demo environments, playbooks, or GTM assets
- Experience working across multi-product platforms or connecting distinct product lines into a unified story
- Ability to move quickly, iterate often, and operate effectively in ambiguity
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
- Experience in commercial real estate (CRE) or adjacent industries a plus
- Familiarity with tenant experience platforms, property operations, or workplace technology a plus
- Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or AI-driven solutions a plus
- Background in launching or scaling new product lines a plus
