Job Description
Figma is looking for a Director, Solutions Consulting to lead our AMER Solution Consulting teams across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments. The role will define and execute our strategy for how we partner with Sales, engage with customers, influence new business, and scale for even greater impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS
- 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams
- Proven track record of leading and growing high performing teams across multiple timezones
- Demonstrated success partnering with regional Sales leadership on GTM strategy
- Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment
