Job Description
Build Your Career. Build America’s Future. As a Diesel Apprentice, you will work on heavy equipment, learn to prioritize safety, and participate in training sessions at Carter Machinery locations. You will also travel to regional locations and use your mechanical skills to service and repair mobile equipment. After completion of the program, you will have access to full-time placements and career opportunities across the country.
Requirements
- Previous experience working on diesel or heavy construction equipment
- Knowledge of general principles and practices of servicing heavy construction equipment
- Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours, in all types of weather conditions
