Plant Supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience in supervising production employees, preferably at an aggregate, sand/gravel or asphalt plant
• Leadership and management skills
• Operational knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and/or asphalt operations and equipment
• Financial knowledge and experience leading financial performance to established targets
