Requirements
- Previous experience in supervising production employees
- Leadership and management skills
- Operational knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and/or asphalt operations and equipment
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal and external audiences
- Financial knowledge and experience leading financial performance to established targets
