Administrative Assistant

Vuori is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support four members of its Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to build professional relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about Vuori’s mission and dedicated to contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• Experience supporting multiple Vice-President or Sr. Vice-President level leaders
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and remain flexible
• Strong intellectual curiosity with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office software and technology
