Job Description
Vyve Broadband is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to provide quality internal and external customer service, resolve customer issues, and sell Vyve products and services. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, strong organization and time management skills, and proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer service and/or sales industry
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple computer applications
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office Suite and general intranet navigation
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bi-lingual (preferred)
