Job Description
Vyve Broadband is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to provide quality customer service, sell products and services, and meet revenue sales targets. The role requires 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, strong organization and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple computer applications
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, and general intranet navigation
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bi-lingual (preferred)
