Business Analyst

Berkley Professional Liability is seeking a Business Analyst to partner between IT and business teams to provide software application support and analyze user requests.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Five+ years of related IT experience
• Ability to identify and create detailed requirements
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL server querying databases
• Detail oriented with strong analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated to learn new processes independently
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Ability to take ownership, determine urgency of situations, and respond accordingly
• Strong organizational skills
