Job Description
Grace is seeking a Lab Technician to join our team. The role is responsible for conducting quality control testing on polyolefin catalysts and polymers, accurately recording results, and performing routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks. The Lab Technician will work on a 12-hour rotational DuPont schedule and operate in a chemical plant environment with hazardous materials.
Requirements
- B.S degree in Chemistry or related technical field
- High school diploma or GED plus 5 years of experience in a chemical laboratory setting
- Ability to follow safety protocols and standards in a laboratory environment with hazardous materials
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule including days and nights, holidays and weekends and overtime
