The Reliability Engineer at Grace is responsible for establishing plans to prevent failures in future asset availability. The role involves analyzing reliability data, developing maintenance strategies, and supporting root cause corrective actions. The position is on-site in Baltimore, MD, and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
- Create asset care plans for critical assets
- Track and analyze reliability data on critical equipment
- Develop maintenance strategies by equipment types
- Support and facilitate Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCA)
- Update engineering drawings and documents to reflect field conditions
- Support area maintenance engineers
- Identify and scope maintenance/reliability improvement projects
- Assist with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
- Support purchasing/good receipts/new vendors/requisitions
- Participate in Process Hazards Analysis (PHAs) including PSSRs, and Management of Change (MOCs)
