NineStar Connect - Installation & Repair Technician

NineStar Connect is seeking a highly motivated Installation & Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll install and maintain essential broadband, security, and voice services that keep homes and businesses across Central Indiana connected.

Requirements

• Broadband, security, voice, wireless, and key systems knowledge
• Fiber and copper networks, electronic practices, and in-home wiring knowledge
• Basic electricity, computer software, and service documentation knowledge
• General office practices and customer service standards knowledge
• Preparation of work orders, tickets, and time sheets
• Use of service equipment, hand tools, and fall protection gear
• Troubleshooting and resolving service issues independently
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
